imess U100T checks the geometrical dimenstion and tolerance runout and concentricity inline.
Moving the item may cause vibration which reduces the measurement accuracy or even prevents the measurement entirely. The construction of the U100T minimizes the risk by turning the camera around the fixed test item in only a few seconds. The system uses a telecentric camera module and therefore reaches highest accuracies. Pictures of the item are taken each 3° and are subsequently evaluated. Apart from the runout measurement, crimping area detection can be integrated with laser sensors. The software depicts the measurement values over the entire turn numerically and graphically.
