The construction of the U100T minimizes the risk by turning the camera around the fixed test item in only a few seconds. The system uses a telecentric camera module and therefore reaches highest accuracies. Pictures of the item are taken each 3\u00b0 and are subsequently evaluated. Apart from the runout measurement, crimping area detection can be integrated with laser sensors.
