This ensures 100 % control over the entire test width and length. The sensors monitor the glass panes on the belt and supply the data to the powerful imess software, which checks the recorded scans for defects. If a defect is detected, a signal or position information is sent to the customer&#8217;s control system for sorting damaged glass panes.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Advantages&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]The intelligent concept achieves a 100% inspection of all glass panes. The smallest defects that are barely visible to the eye are detected by the powerful hardware and sorted out by the customer. In addition to the complex measurement technology for defect detection, the intuitive imess software offers a clear visualisation of the results and also includes additional functions such as the interface to the system control as well as test plan management and password-protected parameters. Customised storage and statistical analysis of the measured values round off the system.<\/p>\n<p>In the joint evaluation of the solution, the customer emphasised the flexibility and precise adaptation of the software to its requirements very positively.
